In Orión we have a wide and well-lit space with two different areas:

• Machine Zone: with guided movement machines where you can work all the muscle groups.
• Free Weight Zone: motor control. With dumbbells from 1 to 40 kilos, bars and discs, pulleys and flat & inclined benches.

In this area, you will always have one of our instructor at your service.

In Orión we have a spectacular aerocycling room to make your training session on a static bike very enjoyable.

We have two big, well lighted rooms for the practice of guided activities such as body pump, maintenance, steps, etc.

Finnish sauna

Tarragona Spa

If you prefer a wetter sauna than the Finnish, the Turkish bath is for you.

Orion pool is unique in Tarragona and the center of our spa area. All of a urban spa experience in the center of the city.

A unique jacuzzi integrated into the pool of the Orion spa area. Come to disconnect or recover from your training sessions.

In our area of aesthetics you receive body and facial treatments in a conditioned facilities so that your treatment is also a pleasant experience.

You can also enjoy different types of massages according to your needs.

Our aesthetic area is open to partners and non-members.

We want you to feel at home in our spacious changing rooms. Our maxim is to keep them always in perfect condition for you.

We also have independent changing rooms for children.

In the locker rooms you will find lockers that you can use for free while you are in Orión and you can leave your belongings under lock and key. If you prefer, we can also offer a rental service for large or small ticket offices for months, quarters, semesters or annuities.
