HBX Boxing

HBX BOXING™ is a training program with a musical base that uses the different types of boxing, Kick Bocing and non-contact martial arts. The only adversary is going to be a punching bag and a Slamball on which to discharge all the stress and negative energy.

It has all the advantages of a martial arts training. This activity is accessible to anyone, even if they have never practiced combat sports.

It is also a program based on the basic patterns of human movement, focused on high intensity training, such as HIIT and using the most versatile materials. They serve people of all physical conditions and achieve real, measurable results in a short time.
