The Crossorion is a program of strength and total physical conditioning, which is based on the increase and improvement of the ten physical abilities most recognized by the specialists in sports weight training. It is based on functional movements and the ability of our body to perform daily tasks inside and outside the gym. These movements include: pushing, dragging, loading, jumping, lifting.
Each day there is a different WOD (day training), which challenges the 10 fitness components of your body: Cardio-Respiratory Resistance, Muscle Resistance, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy.
In CrossOrion workouts, we will incorporate Olympic lifts, gymnastics, running, jumping, climbing and all kinds of functional exercises that can be created. For this we will use free weights or dumbbells, Olympic bars, kettlebells, Olympic rings, medicine balls with weight, suspension bars, bags of sand, and other materials that you would never think would serve to train.
