The Crosstraining is a program of strength and total physical conditioning, which is based on the increase and improvement of the ten physical abilities most recognized by the specialists in  weight training sports. It is based on functional movements and the ability of our body to perform daily tasks inside and outside the gym. These movements include: pushing, dragging, loading, jumping, lifting.
